Continuing the quality that Marine Extreme is renown for, the intimate
relationship between water and the inhabitants that live within it
were the first systems to be addressed when planning our location.
The quality of the water that we house our prized specimens in
must closely mimic those found in nature while carefully monitoring
the levels of phosphate. Phosphates naturally occur in nature,
however within the confines of aquariums these same phosphates
can quickly degrade the quality of water. To address this the Marine
Extreme build team in collaboration with experts in the polishing of
water, designed a system that has the capacity of producing the
amount of pure water needed to drive the store. Once the foundation
was laid for our systems, our build team contracted master
carpenters to construct our main coral live offerings displays. The
attention to detail is unmatched. Currently our store has over 19,000
ltrs of saltwater in which you will find the highest quality of live
offerings in the Midwest. Our quality control specialist assesses our
water structure daily to ensure consistency. The selection in our
store is very diverse, you will find offerings from around the world as
well as ultra grade aquacultured goods. One step inside our
location and you will be greeted by one of our design assistants who
